Please provide a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for cancellations of appointments by phoning or emailing the clinic.
Short notice cancellations or “no showing” to your appointment means that a member of your community misses the opportunity to access an appointment they may desperately need. Due to this, a short-notice cancellation or “no show” will be subject to a $45 fee. We appreciate your understanding.
